The M4 and M5 motorways make it possible to travel north and south or east and west from Bristol, whilst the city has 2 principle railway stations, Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway, which connect the city with places such as Cardiff, London, Portsmouth and even Manchester. The international airport dominantly caters for flights to mainland Europe; however there are services flying to North America and Africa.
